Performance Difference Between 32-bit vs 64-bit App

I was wondering. I have a smartphone with 64-bit Android OS. Is there any difference if I use 32-bit application or 64-bit application? Is it significant?

Of course there is a difference. Mostly on performance wise. 64-bit application can process more data at one time compared to 32-bit application. So, 64-bit application can finish the job better than 32-bit application.

Here is one example. We use AnTuTu Benchmark v5.7.1 32-bit and 64-bit on Android 5.02 64-bit OS on smartphone with Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 64-bit processor. See the difference? It's not that significant though.

But there's also has bad effects. In terms of the data, the size of the process result is bigger than the 32-bit app. It means, your storage will be used much more.
